ARK has just finished another OBC (Operations Base Camp) project in Ballela, Sudan for a local joint venture oil enterprise at the end of 2013, where is in Oil Block 17, near Block 6 of Petro-Energy.

OBC is a turn-key job of ARK, including the provision of prefabricated buildings and associated facilities & services,  and the contracting of construction and commissioning of above scope. 

Besides the Ark prefab cabins, ARK has also done Bluescope roofing, power supply for each isolated building, plumbing facilities for each building, furnishing, Air Conditioning, MATV services, PAGA services, Fire Alarm monitor system, HUAWEI network devices and AVAYA telephone system.

There are 14 Â blocks built in this camp: Single Accommodation Building, Double Accommodation Building, VIP Accommodation Building, MOSQUE, Ablution, Administration Building, Kitchen & Mess Building, Recreation Building, Clinic Building, Laboratory Unit, Guard Room, Laundry Building, Warehouse Office and Workshop Office Unit; and pitching roofing system on each and every building block.

The Site Installation team has started the erections of Ark prefab cabins in April, after which the power cabling and plumbing layout and low current cabling have been processed accordingly. Then the prefabricated finishing works were proceeded  at the same time as the roofing period. After that furnishing work was continued, including the facilities accommodation such as the full set of Kitchen Equipment and Clinic and GYM facilities.

The last stage of this job turns onto the commissioning of power, plumbing, Kitchen equipment, and low current systems.

Since 2014, ARK has invested a brand-new plant for manufacturing Flatpack2 in her headquarter in Shanghai, which is operated online of her SAP management system and makes the turn-key jobs easier and clearer.
